How to eat kimchee?

Kimchee is a very versatile food. It can be eaten with any food or right out of the jar.

Traditionally, kimchee is enjoyed over rice with protein or straight from the jar. However, its unique flavor and texture make it a versatile accompaniment to any dish. For instance, my husband prefers it on his burger instead of lettuce. It provides the crunch of lettuce, but with an added burst of flavor and a hint of spice.

  • Mixed into your scrambled eggs
  • Incorporated into a salad as a dressing
  • In a fajita
