Damages and issues
If your food item is damaged or leaking please file a claim with USPS/UPS directly if there was damage during transit. Please save all packaging material and damaged item, as USPS/UPS may ask to evaluate them prior to a final decision.
If the non-food item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Call us at 717-500-1663 Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST or email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item... unless we shipped you the wrong item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
