My medium spicy cabbage kimchee is handmade using my parents' recipe that they brought with them from South Korea. I use the freshest napa cabbage prepared with my mom and dad's secret mixture of hot pepper flake, garlic, green onion, just the right amount of salt and ginger, and a pinch of sugar to help the fermentation process.
Cucumber Kimchee (Oi Sobagi) 오이 소바 기

My cucumber kimchee is seasonal and is in limited supply. So buy it when it's available! This kimchee is also medium spicy. Like my other kimchee, this too is handmade using my parents' recipe that they brought with them from South Korea. I handpick only the best cucumbers for my kimchee. Then I prepare them with my mom and dad's secret mixture of hot pepper flake, garlic, green onion, just the right amount of salt and ginger, and a pinch of sugar to help the fermentation process.
Cubed Radish Kimchee (Kkakdugi) 깍두기

My cubed radish kimchee is typically reserved for special occasions in my home. But I'm bringing it directly to your table. Just like my other kimchee, I handmade it using my parents' recipe that they brought with them from South Korea. I use Korean radish, which is native to Korea, and prepare it with my parents' secret mixture of hot pepper flake, garlic, green onion, just the right amount of salt and ginger, and a pinch of sugar to help the fermentation process.

Spicy Korean Pork Chop: $16.00
With a little kick, my spicy Korean pork chops are to die for. My meal includes a tender, bone in grilled pork chop cooked to perfection, my signature sticky white rice and some Kimchee Girl, authentic Korean vegan cabbage kimchee.
Kimchee Dogs: $5.00
Take me out to the ball park. Here is the way I eat hotdogs... and it simple. I start with a hotdog bun, a beef hotdog cooked perfectly, place it on a hotdog roll with a hearty portion of my Kimchee Girl napa cabbage kimchee. Want to add a little heat? Just ask for a dab of gouchojon sauce. (Gouchojon is a hot pepper paste).
